Data released by The U.S. Department of Labor confirm that ultrasound tech school graduates for example are among the top 16 most sought after professionals in the nation today. Even, by 2014, the ultrasound technician demand will increase by another 35%. That’s mean 15,000 new ultrasound tech training grads or Sonogram technician were needed. In overall, Graduates from medical assistant training programs are now ranked third in the nation in terms of job growth.

There are some logical reasons about this. In the future, ultrasound diagnostics will play more important role in the early prevention of injury and disease.  The advances in technology and political focus on healthcare reform in turn made the profession even more significant.
